Did a great job installing some suspension kit in Touareg.

Great service from the team! Got given some really good advice from Frank who made an effort to understand what I wanted to achieve with my truck! Was very patient and wasn't pushy for a sale which I really liked. Once products were agreed on, it arrived fairly quickly and soon enough, was professionally installed on my new Prado! Thanks guys!

Had 4 tyres replaced, and 3 out of 4 wheels were badly scratched and damaged when I came to pick the car up. First, they tried to hide it from me, then tried to tell me they weren't scratched, then told me it wasn't scratched, the paint just came off... finally admitted they had damaged the wheels. Refused to give any discount for the damage caused, and ended up not charging me for the wheel alignment, but I doubt they did the wheel alignment anyway.
Thanks, $1,600 for tyres, now I need to get my wheels repainted. Idiots.

Replying to the absolute rubbish response from Tyrepower.

You speak about respect and professionalism, it’s a 2-way street. How about taking some respect in looking after customer cars, how about showing some professionalism in admitting your mistakes and owning up to them, I was angry, yes, but you and your team think this is an acceptable way to return a customer’s car?

How can you stand behind this quality of work, look at the state of my wheels your team think is not only acceptable to return in this condition, but also not mention it, and then try to tell me there isn’t any damage?
They denied it for 10 minutes straight that there was even an issue, there are literal chunks of aluminium sticking out of the wheel.

Don't be so condescending thanking me for understanding, I now have to get your mistakes fixed at my expense, all I understand is what a terrible business you run and how the team lied to my face, and you "clarifying the situation" by ignoring the multiple mistakes and abhorrent behaviour on your side and continued lies about making offers to fix the wheels, there was never any offer to rectify the situation.

I can’t believe your team would look at the damage and think it’s ok to just pretend this didn’t happen and then wonder why I would be angry and you standing by their decisions shows your level of respect for your customers.

Phoned this morning to enquire about repairing a punctured tyre, was told to come in and they could assist straight away which was great!

However... I arrived 10 minutes later, pulling my car into the entrance of the shop and walked into the office. The person behind the counter told me I shouldn't have pulled into the shop because it was a restricted area and that I needed to move my car back into the car park? Ok, so upon walking back into the restricted area as requested! and moving my car into the car park I went back inside the office and asked if they would be doing the repair in the car park. He advised they don't work on cars in the car park, that they would move it inside.

Fair enough I didn't follow their rules because I missed the sign at the entrance, but I asked him why he chose to handle my rule infraction like an arrogant d***head? Why would he have told me to break his rule and re enter the restricted area to move my car back outside, only to have to move it back inside again straight away? The workshop had 2 cars inside at the time and I parked it at the entrance. He went on to reiterate that it was a restricted area, not realising that he was completely contradicting himself by having me re enter this restricted area to move the car outside!

As discussed with him before leaving, a better way to handle it would have been to advise me for next time not to drive into the shop, because it was a restricted area. For some unknown reason this arrogant d***head decided to rub my nose in my error and make me move my car outside (only to have to move it back in again straight away) for what I can only imagine was to appease his own superiority complex?

I ended up going to a shop in Maidstone who were actually happy to see me, professional, and did the job for half the quoted price anyway! They didn't mind at all that I drove my car into the entrance of their shop!

Upon looking at one other review about this place, a customer has taken & posted photo's of their car on an elevated hoist, obviously standing right next to the elevated hoist at the time? So perhaps some people are welcome into their restricted area and others (including myself) aren't.

Some people shouldn't be in management or customer facing roles, choose a different profession! - tyrepower lost my business forever today, along with other people I know in the area.

Now that the silliness of the situation has passed I can have a laugh about it! Avoid this place if you don't want to be overcharged and/or treated like an imbecile.

Extremely friendly, professional and super helpful. Dean was amazing with my questions on changing tyre brands to suit my driving types and booked me in for new tyres, balance and alignment. This was made even easier, as they fit me in at short notice to fit in with my availability (due to my limited time slots). Super easy and extremely impressed with the quality of work and the product recommended. My car drives like new again - even better than the original tyres that the car came with.
To all of the team - you were a delight to come and see.
    Thanks again.

    Would highly recommend.
