    Great looking place but service was average... Dissapointed as I thought they could have done so much better. Flowers were nice and lasted couple of weeks.

    I have used Willow & Co twice. Both times, service was friendly, helpful and efficient. Flowers were delivered promptly (to a local area) and by all accounts - the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Prices were competitive. Even though we have several good local florists, Willow and Co will be my first option for flowers.
    One small improvement regarding their 'customer service': the phone needs a lovely 'Please hold as we have another customer on the line' message or 'We are speaking with another customer, please call back in a few minutes'. This is much more friendly than letting the phone ring out when it can't be answered.
    The service is good, the prices attractive and the flowers are of high quality, so I will go to Willow and Co first for flowers.
